All sales are final. Madiopolis Radio does not accept returns, standard exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing choice, style preference, duplicate orders, or accidental purchases once checkout is complete.

Every order is treated as a final sale transaction except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

Please review product details, sizing, quantities, colors, and your shipping address carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that the storefront is operating under an all-sales-final policy and that refunds or exchanges are not offered for ordinary buyer preference or post-purchase changes.
All Sales Final
Once an order is submitted and payment is authorized, the sale is considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
- change of mind
- sizing or fit preference
- color or style preference
- duplicate purchases
- shipping delays outside our direct control
- mistakes made during checkout by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives materially damaged, clearly defective, or you receive the wrong item, reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Approved issues may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or another remedy determined by Madiopolis Radio.
- Requests made after the review window may not be eligible for consideration.
- This limited review process does not convert the storefront into an open return or refund program.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because products may move quickly into processing, print, or packaging, change requests and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. If you submit a request immediately after checkout, we may review it before fulfillment begins, but we are not obligated to make changes once the order enters processing.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please confirm your shipping address before submitting an order. Madiopolis Radio is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or outdated addresses entered at checkout. If an order is returned because of an address error, any reshipment may require additional shipping charges.

This Return Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect storefront changes, operational updates, or legal requirements. The version posted on this page controls new orders as of the date it is published.
